Boring CNY
Haiz....I'm not looking forward for CNY this time cos i think this time would be a very "BORING CNY", but its good to take a short break during that period..
BoRing CnY goes to.....
1) This time me and Alan will be apart cos he decided to stay in SG so I will be "ALONE" in JB
from 13th til 16th
2) Have to bring my books to JB for study during cny.
3) Have to rush and complete my maths assignment asap and submit before 25th
4) Forget it abt the Valentine day cos he says buy flower for girls is a waste of money ( his dad
also said the same thing "like father like son", we never celebrate Valentine for the past 5 yrs
=.=...boring hor
I really do feel that I'm not study hard enough...how ah? ~feeling guilty now~ every week go back JB no time to study keep doing house work..every night (from mon to fri) when I want to study I feel so sleepy and tired....Argh!!! Cannot cannot!! if keep on like this how to score good marks right? Jamie Lee, Study HARD ok from now onwards and exam is coming soon 8th March...
This year my aim is to SLIM DOWN!! so i do a research from internet and they intro this to me and it is quite effective - Oatmeal Diet....and I'm going to try it after CNY cos I think if I start now and my effort would be wasted as I will hunt lots of FOODs during CNY so might as well start after...hehehe
So this is the diet plan:
Breakfast : 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 teaspoon raisins,coffee or tea
Morning snack: 1/2 cup blueberry ( dun think i will folo this cos blueberry is bloody X so i will replace it with Apple)
Lunch: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup low fat yogurt, 1 banana
Afternoon Snack: 1/2 cup raw vege sticks ( dun think i will folo this too, maybe something else but must be low fat"
Dinner: Grill Chic Breast, large green salad, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Evening Snack: Sugar free pudding
Exercise recommendation: 30 mins of excercise is recommended on 3-5 days of the week. (Err~i m not sure if i have the time a not lor- TIME NO ENOUGH leh)
* I know my Kiki gonna read this, so u can folo the diet plan since u intent to slim down now, dun come back if your weight doesn't reduce atleast 30KG k.....muhahahah ( evil laughs), come back minus tummy *
Ok..so I'm not going to blog till I come back after CNY...and i think my Alan and Kiki's blog are dead..no update at all....So I wish who reading my blog here
